Strategic Financial Director

Barb Bollinger is a seasoned corporate professional with over 28 years of experience in finance, operations, sales, and marketing at Nationwide Insurance in Columbus, Ohio, Hertz Global Corporation in Estero, Florida, and Beyond Incorporated based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.  Her passion to get involved and help a faith-based organization for survivors of human trafficking led her to become a volunteer for Path2Freedom shortly after opening its’ first Magnolia House in 2020. After 5 months as a volunteer, she became the Director of Development for Path2Freedom from November 2020 to February 2024.  She has seen and experienced firsthand much of what Path2Freedom does – as a volunteer at the house, mentoring girls, helping in the onsite classroom, providing overnight relief, and moving on to leading development – working with donors, grants, events, communications, social media, and public speaking. More recently, she became the Strategic Finance Director for Beyond Incorporated in February 2024 as part of their financial planning and analysis team. She is excited to bring her broad corporate and Path2Freedom experience to her role as a Path2Freedom Board Member. Barb also loves to sing and is a member of the Naples Philharmonic Chorus and the Covenant Church of Naples Choir. She and her husband Gary have been married for over 20 years and have lived in SWFL since 2018.
