Kip is the Senior Vice President of Partner & Customer Development for GetInSync, a SaaS platform designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Fractional CIOs, and IT organizations manage their technology strategy and align it with business goals. Kip is also the Principal at the Kip Fanta Group. He established his company to inspire and enable leaders at all levels, with a focus on helping Information Technology (IT) and all Shared Service Providers/Functions to become more strategic with their business partners. Prior to taking a step out on his own, Kip spent 25 years in a variety of roles within the IT and Shared Services organization within Procter & Gamble (P&G). Kip is frequently called upon to moderate, emcee, and speak at all types of meetings. He has a passion for engaging and developing others, and has been a sought-after speaker and trainer over the past 20 years. Kip and his wife have two grown children, and live in Naples, Florida.
